The assistance service by Socomac starts before installation and it is integrated with all the requirements needed after the assembly.

Before installation SOCOMAC supplies complete layout inserted in the customer company plant. Moreover, we supply foundation drawings and (if needed) foundation plates to be put into the concrete to install the machinery. Together with customer and according to his needs, Socomac studies the positioning of the machinery with reference to the existing equipments.

After installation, assistance service includes the supply of all spare parts required. Apart from having contacts in different countries with authorized companies that ensure technicians who do interventions directly on our machineries, SOCOMAC organizes technical assistance provided by its own engineerings in the shortest time possible every time it is necessary.

SOCOMAC can give assistance to projects and executes possible modifications on the machineries due to changing of the processing work on the existing equipment.
